Galley
SALU’s galley is, as on most boats, not a guest area although, when not busy, chef Adam Aschner will be more than happy to explain how, from such a compact area, he can produce quite the most outstanding choice of fine food. The galley is fully equipped with all that would be expected in a busy commercial kitchen. Not only are guest’s dining needs coordinated from here but also food for the hard working and dedicated crew.
