Domaine de Belfort is a family vineyard located in the village of Belfort du Quercy, 80 km north of Toulouse, south of Cahors in the South West of France. The vineyard was completely replanted in 2005, along with a new state-of-the-art winery, built using the effect of gravity for the gentle care of the grape. The wine is organic and a blend of Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Merlot revealing vivacious and floral aromas, wonderful freshness and soft fruit notes through to the finish. It is ideal as an aperitif and to accompany light summer food.

This blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah is the flagship rosé from Chateau de Peyrassol. The ’07 is a medium-full bodied elegant wine with a nose of flowers, peaches, and red fruit. It would work with many summer foods such as grilled fish or roast pork.

This is a blend of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo very high quality fruit, resulting in a rosé of considerable body, excellent structure and concentrated fruit characters of plum and savoury spices. It is also very juicy - a hallmark of wines produced from fully ripe grapes.
Due to restricted onboard storage, limited quantities of each wine are available. Prior to any meal the stewardesses will be happy to inform guests as to how many bottles of a wine remain.
