Domaine de Belfort is a family vineyard located in the village of Belfort du Quercy, 80 km north of Toulouse, south of Cahors in the South West of France. The vineyard was completely replanted in 2005, along with a new state-of-the-art winery, built using the effect of gravity for the gentle care of the grape. The wine is a complex blend of organic Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Shiraz. Slightly smoked aroma with a beautiful fruity length, cleansing soft tannins, fresh with a touch of spice. To accompany white meat, grilled red meat and all Mediterranean dishes.

A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats and the wine is then matured in oak barrels for eighteen months. A well balanced claret than can be austere in youth but, with age, will develop complexity and a distinct mineral character that is shared by all the great clarets of Pessac-Léognan.
Due to restricted onboard storage, limited quantities of each wine are available. Prior to any meal the stewardesses will be happy to inform guests as to how many bottles of a wine remain.
