Our chef, Adam Aschner, is regarded as one of the most inventive and imaginative afloat and the breadth of his skills and diversity of his menus are illustrated on the following pages. Adam will always be pleased to accommodate any special requests from guests, limited only by availability of the raw ingredients.
SALU’S wines have been carefully selected by Muriel Lismonde, whose family are passionate winemakers in the south of France. Although relatively restricted in choice by onboard storage space, they nevertheless offer a diverse and rich mix of French and Italian reds, rosés and whites, which include champagnes and dessert wines.
